WHEN IS AN EPC REQUIRED?

An EPC Survey is required when you come to either sell or rent a house

Goverment passed legislation that an EPC is required within 28 days of the house sale commencement date.

The is currently no minimum EPC rating for the sale of a property, but if you intend to rent a property the minimum rating you must have on your EPC certificate is E Rating.

The EPC survey will take anything up to one hour to complete, and we must have access to the whole property
